Beyond Ancestral Trauma - Session Preparation

This is relevant for anyone who had booked a Beyond Ancestral Trauma session with me. It is important to spend a few minutes in preparation for the session beforehand so that your ancestors are included in this process.

The invitation is for both female and male lines to join us separately, which can become two distinct calls, or we can work with both lines in one call.  It’s just a choice.  The information and process is the same for both lines.  I found it simpler to focus on them separately.  The traumas that we have identified for the female lines were not always the same as they were for the males.  It’s easier to be clear which line you are with if you have clearly asked for ‘only females’ or ‘only males’ to come forward.  It can also be more intimate and honouring of each person who participates.

Another language that some enjoy is to ask for the ‘mothers’ line, which includes mothers, aunts and sisters, and ‘fathers’ lines, similarly. Whatever languaging works for you, use that, and ask that members of your ancestral field be willing to let go of their traumas. We are working beyond ‘time’ here. By changing the present, we can change the past and the future (if there is such as thing).

If you receive a sense of some of the types of trauma/event that were experienced and are held in the ancestral field, you may like to write them down and have them with you at the session. It can be useful to name the events or traumas to bring up those energies for release. You may recognise some of the traumas that become visible during this preparation process and some of them, that you have lived with for a long time, may not even be yours. Often, our fear of the dark is not ours ;-)

Thank you for making this choice to change past, present and future for all of you.  I look forward to meeting you all.
